Natural Born Fisherman

When the Phillips were here Uncle Charlie rented a boat and took the kids fishing. It was Hunter and Dylan's first time. Dylan is the only one who caught anything. He used his lucky Star Wars pole. He must be a natural!!

Cavewoman Audrey!

One night we had pork chops for dinner; Audrey got done eating so I let her down. Next thing I knew she climbed up on another chair and started gnawing on my pork chop bone. She is definitely my daughter and also definitely related to her grandparents.

This is a cute picture of her playing in her favorite drawer. It is also the drawer that holds her sippy cups. She looks like she is up to no good...........which she is.

Audrey's Glasses

Audrey found these old sunglasses frames that were Hunter's when he was a baby. She has been carrying them around for a couple of days but today she put them on and wore them for a good forty-five minutes. If you can't tell from this picture she is also 100% girl. She always has her baby and a necklace if she finds one. Here is another picture a couple of days later and as you can see she is still all about the glasses.

Photoshopping

I was up entirely too late last night playing with photo shop; but I am quite happy with the results. The first picture is the original shot. I was less than impressed with the car, trash cans and basketball hoop in the background.This is the final product. I think it is awesome how it looks like the kids are sitting in the snow.

These last two are just ones of Audrey. I had dressed the kids up to have their pictures done at Dylan's school but when I got there the photographer had left already. These are a couple that I took of her instead.

For a while now I have been wanting to have Audrey's picture taken in her birthday suit. I think they turned out beautifully.

Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Dylan was being Dylan and refusing to smile. But I got one of him when he thought he was getting away with being a stinker.

Today we took the kids to the pumpkin patch. We got some really cute pictures if I do say so myself.

Audrey gave herself a shiner

Audrey pulled the vacuum over on herself yesterday and the handle whacked her in the eye. Today she has a shiner. Very nice since we are going to a wedding this weekend. Ohh well.

Our Last Airbenders

Hunter has been asking me to paint arrows on his hands, feet, and face. It finally clicked what he was talking about today when he asked again, so I did it for him. Of course Dylan had to have it done too. I have to say I love my kids they are constantly cracking me up.

P. S. On a side note, if Audrey wasn't barely 9 months old I would swear she was back talking today. She was doing something she was not supposed to and Aaron kept telling her, "No." It sounded like she would tell him yes, everytime he told her no. I think she is going to give us a definite run for our money.
